What's up!

Through trial and error, I've tried to make something like this a regular part of my photography workflow and personal life for years, but I've mostly relied on Instagram. I don't think I need to over-explain why that doesn't feel like the best option these days. The internet seems to be making us feel more isolated rather than bringing us together like it once promised.

I've been wanting to step back from that and create a space of my own, a place to share personal anecdotes, ideas, and select images from wedding galleries, family sessions, and engagement shoots. With so much of our online experience tied to algorithms and AI, I've been craving a space that feels a little more real. Somewhere I can share the things happening in my life, the work I'm creating, and the things I'm excited about.

The goal is for this to become a little hub for all of it. I'm excited to see where it goes!

And if I don't show up here regularly, feel free to call me out. I need that.
